What you can save
The site stores college selections, checklist progress, question drafts and review drafts in browser local storage. If you complete an enquiry form, it saves your name, mobile number, email, topic, question, consent and a timestamp on the same browser.
What is not sent
These records are not transmitted to TheCollegeMantra, universities, associates or a public community. Enquiries do not trigger calls or messages. The contact-consent wording records permission but does not activate a delivery service. Review drafts are not published or verified, and question drafts do not receive automatic answers.
Control your records
Use My notebook to remove individual records, export data or delete all local site data. Records otherwise remain until browser storage is cleared. Downloads remain on your device until you delete them separately. Other users of the same browser profile may be able to access your records.
External resources
Official university pages and virtual tours open on external services with their own policies. The site does not embed third-party tour viewers or advertising analytics. Hosting and font services may process routine connection information needed to deliver their resources.
Young visitors and private information
If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to complete contact forms. You can explore the site without submitting personal details. Do not include identity documents, student IDs, sensitive information or anyone else’s private contact details in drafts.
